I've had XOOM energy now for a few years. I started in California as a gas customer in Los Angeles.. never had a problem. I actually forgot I became a customer. My auto-bill pay was set up so seamlessly. Then I moved to Connecticut and was thrilled to see that Xoom was available for electricity, but not gas. I went through the same process, and all is good.
