I got Xoom energy in Texas and my bill was literally cut in half when I switched from JustEnergy. I've had them for four years. I locked in a plan for 3 cents/kwh and just re-locked in a plan for 6 cents/kwh. I've never had an issue.

I switched from Reliant back in 2013 and haven't looked back! Xoom Energy has the BEST rates in Texas with no hidden fees! I've enjoyed affordable, consistent electricity service for the past 6 years and love it. Xoom Energy also has a great website, bills are easy to read and understand, and also fantastic customer service. Xoom Energy is the BEST kept secret for energy service!

I was skeptical ....but after taking a chance I'm glad I did ....my bill was lower and it was based on my consumption.

I like that xoom actually helped me find my service provider so that i could get my numbers tonnconnect seevice... customer service is everything... love my rate and I locked in ð???

I love Xoom energy have it for a few years now & never had any problems. I called customer service once to ask a question and the customer service support surprisingly had almost no wait time & polite staff. With my low rates I would never switch to another provider

I received a gas bill triple what I usually get. When I called 70% of it was Xoom charges. When I called to cancel they had the wrong name, our business email is not on file nor is the correct phone number. They won't let me cancel but they don't have our Fed Id# no correct info! ABSOLUTE FRAUD

They don't stop harassing! I've contacted them many times over and over to stop service, complained that I was paying double the amount now, and they didn't even have their service turned on when they said they did per my energy company. Per their contract I could stop within 90 days of service without penalty. Now they won't stop harassing me for the penalty amount.

Their customer service is top of the line. They take the time to educate their customers, our rep was very prepared and kind. They did not promise savings, however I paid around the exact same price as usual on my variable rate. It's free to switch and there's no cancellation fee in ******. Honestly I'd much rather help an individual rep I have a relationship with, they were transparent in terms that they make up to 10% of my bill (without me paying an extra charge), so I feel good paying my bill and knowing it helps her pay... read more

Mis-advertising, they would not allow me out of their ridiculous contract after getting my first bill which was double what it normally was. Therefore, I am posting to ************** here and anywhere I can get a voice so others do not fall for their trap so hopefully this company gets the doors shut on them in the State of Texas.
