We had a new system installed by Woodfin back in April. A few weeks ago we began having issues and they were Johnny on the spot to help out. The challenge we faced was not easy to unravel so it took a couple guys before Robbie showed up. Besides being a genuine guy and very professional Robbie reflected a commitment to service seldom seen anymore. At one point he was raking and shoveling in the backyard looking for the drain line. Very professional and polite even though my issue could not be fixed. I have a portable generator and Woodfin doesn't work on those.

Patrick M, Dalbir and Brandon M. did a great job! We needed a whole house inspection and maintenance, plus the generator. All were very professional and polite, and knocked out the whole job in one day. They made recommendations on what things needed to be repaired, and by no means were they pushy. Just matter of fact about how they could help us. We are going to use them to come back to make the repairs. Job well done!
