Chris was great - even in 95-100 degree weather; professional, fast, explained the problem and the solution. He even calmly dealt with wasps in a fuse box.

James W #11 came today to do the annual inspection of our air conditioning/heating system. He efficiently checked our system inside and outside and answered all questions that we had. What a pleasant, polite, and professional employee! It was a pleasure meeting James W #11 and interacting with him. He portrayed genuine concern in making sure that our system was operating as it should. He even checked on past service to the unit to further ensure that he knew all about our unit and system. Chris B was the utmost professional & the only tech (first from Woodfin) that diagnosed and fixed the problem. We have had two other HVAC contractors at our house over the past six months and they were unable to diagnose and fix the issue. Or maybe they really did know what the problem was and just didn't fix it so we would have to keep calling when issues arose. I appreciate Chris' honesty and integrity more than you know. Woodfin has gained a new customer today because of Chris.

Keith came in to make repairs on a toilet and we liked him very much. While talking to him I got the impression he knew what he was talking about and he was very polite and very nice

My A/C unit died 10 days ago. I had another HVAC company come out to check it out. The novice they sent could not find anything but loaded me up with refrigerant! Seven days later, the A/C stopped working, again. I had Woodfin come out. What Daniel Smith did today was 180 degrees different from the other man. Daniel found two leaks! Daniel did such a thorough job, I was amazed at the cursory look-see the other serviceman did. Woodfin is my new HVAC company!

Chris K did my service check. He was here on the early end of my appointment range and he was very nice and pleasant. He came in did his check and went out and did his check. He made sure the air was working good and brought me my receipt told me to have a nice rest of my day with a smile that was a real smile not that polite smile.

We met Mat (19) T on our semi-annual review of our heat pumps and he identified a reduction in coolant on one heat pump and discussed the results. We decided to refill the coolant and see how it goes over the next few months and then decide whether to purchase a new unit. Matt (19) T was very professional and we felt we were getting good advice. We would like to recommend Mat for future use since he has created confidence with us.
