Matt 19T called me to confirm his arrival time well before getting here. It was really pouring the entire time that he was here. He checked out our HVAC units inside and out. He was very careful not to bring water into our house as he checked our 3 air handlers and 3 outside units. Understandably he was not able to check electric outside in the downpour. He was efficient and completed his work quickly and with minimal disruption to the household.
Jesse called to tell me he was on his way. Work was done quickly and professionally. Also provided a quote for another job. Explained the work needed clearly.
This is only the second time I have Woodfin come out to check my heat pump unit. We were using Atlantic Heating. Matt was very polite and professional. Did a nice job cleaning my outdoor machine. Explained everything to me. I know I will use them again. Hopefully not in an emergency.
Andy B (and his helper) did a great job fixing the pipes under our house. He was very professional and this is the second time he has done work for us and both times did a great job. Thanks Andy.
James did a wonderful job. I was getting a checkup for the HVAC. He explained things as he did them, reminded to change filters more frequently, etc. James had to remove the ivy from the outside unit, helped me remove some yuck from an air vent (it was a rental). He even sprayed a wasp's nest for me!
I have been very pleased with the service we receive from Woodfin. The Generator has been the best investment. you should get one!
We have worked w/Woodfin for years, since they installed our furnace/AC system 10 years ago. Steve has serviced our plumbing needs for several years also and is always very informative, professional and very friendly.
