Brandon M#311 did a great job. He was sent out to relight pilot on hot water heater. This wasn't done when work was finished on Wednesday while installing a generator. Brandon discovered a leak and was able to install a new water heater before leaving here at 7:30 p.m.
Patrick M. finalized the installation of my whole-house generator on October18th. He did it professionally an in a reasonably amount of time. As the work progressed, he explained what he was doing and answered every one of my questions in a pleasant manner. After he had finished, he again went over all the work he had done and then explained the procedures for the generator.
