We have had a service contract with Woodfin for 2 years now and have NEVER had a bad experience or visit. Today we had our heating inspection with Chris K (truck#48). He was thorough, professional and extremely helpful. I had at least 12 questions I wanted answered concerning the heating of the house and he did just that and explained everything I needed to know about my questions including the results. But most of all he was quite pleasant which is highly important to me. I will request Chris at every inspection.
Robert was very informative and pleasant. I look forward to getting my new hot water heater installed tomorrow. I also use Woodfin for my heating and air conditioning and they have always been prompt and courteous.
Brian W. is a great representative for Woodfin. He's professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and competent. I had questions about cable installation in my home, and Brian helped me BIGTIME! We called at 6 am with no heat. Even at 6 am everyone was pleasant and supportive. When they called back at 8:30 we were cold and putting wool socks and coats on. Chris C came and in no time diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and gave us our heat back. We love you guys!
The technician arrived in a timely manner and immediately identified the problem. He gave me a cost estimate and completed the work. The final cost was lower than the estimate. Chris was friendly and professional. He is an excellent representative of the company.
Woodfin' service people are very nice and considerate. I trust William Cox after he checks our home generator. He is thorough and explains all the maintenance work he does. The service man on our comfort air systems did an excellent job as well.They were both patient with my dog Jackie. I would recommend Woodfin for most any service they provide.

Robert Anderson visited us today to repair our water heater. He consulted with the manufacturer regarding our warranty and was more than courteous and helpful in providing them the necessary documents for coverage. The part is being shipped in the a.m. and should be here by Thurs. and hopefully we will have hot water again. Thanks, Robert, you are a true professional and Woodfin is lucky to have a gentleman like you working for them!
