Thank you to James S. who did our maintenance check on our heating an AC system. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We have done business with Woodfin for over 13 years and we have always been happy.
We are new customers to Woodfin. I had Brian W. #207 here today to install a whole house surge protector. He was polite, courteous and very personable, explaining what he would do and the reasons to do repairs. He was also very respectful of our home, taking the time to put on shoe covers every time he went in and out and cleaning up the area where he worked. So glad I made the switch.
The technician arrived on time and went right to work. He was fairly quiet and did not disturb our day at all. He completed the work efficiently then cleaned up where needed. We have been with Woodfin for many years and would recommend them to anyone looking for a provider.
