I was thrilled that the leak in my ceiling was able to be repaired the same day. the technician was great and it cost less than I feared. I was pleased.
Once again Woodfin has demonstrated that their technicians are top notch. I have yet to be anything but impressed by their professionalism and technical expertise. Mark Young recently visited and quickly diagnosed the problem with the HVAC system. He explained everything in detail and provided me with logical analysis of the issues involved should I choose to repair the unit. I could not have asked for a more qualified technical resource.
Woodfin keeps our heating, cooling, electrical and plumbing working. They do excellent work and have very knowledgeable and courteous technicians. Steve Clubb did some plumbing work for us recently and we are very satisfied. He is an asset to Woodfin.

Denver just left. The first of my inspections today as part of my new service agreement (won at Bon Secours Children's Hope Gala - thanks for donating to such a good cause!) He was considerate and knowledgable. I Highly recommend his work.
Eric Parrish (26), Andy Brooks (324), and Brent Elder all visited the same day to inspect and service our electrical, air, and plumbing environments. All three were polite, respectful, professional, and communicated their findings in a straight-forward manner. I will continue using Woodfin because they have outstanding technicians and do a great job. Hats off to a company that knows what it means to provide excellent customer service.
Love you guys. Have used you for years. You are so quick to deliver oil when I run out and to service my old furnace when it acts up. Your techs and office staff are always a delight to deal with.
