My technician was George (4) F., George was very nice and respectful, explained what he did and when I told him how when the furnace came on there was a lot of fumes coming from it,he showed me what it might be, he fixed it and told me if that wasn't the problem then let you know. Steve was sent to do our plumbing inspection. He arrived at the beginning of our scheduled window (!), did his inspection, and gave me both a written and a verbal report on how things look. He did a great job!
Your technician Daniel Smith could not have been any politer and did a great job on serving my furnace and explaining what had been done. He also serviced my dehumidifier and informed me that a pipe was leaking and he set up my plumbing appointment.
The service technician Matt T. was very nice and informative when it came to explaining about servicing my furnace. He answered any questions I had with a smile.
Big thanks to Woodfin for coming out and replacing my hot water heater. My tech was great. He called before coming and arrived when he said he would. He quickly worked up a very reasonable replacement quote, got my new system installed with a warranty and service plan. He even left a bag of dog treats for Rupert &Lulu when he was finished with the install Woodfin always does an excellent job for me at my home as well as my rental properties!! Great job guys. Thank you !!
Nick did an excellent and professional job in solving the problem with the water closet. He kept working on the problem until he had solved the situation with a leaking tank.

Woodfin is the best! They are skilled, helpful, friendly and accommodating. I appreciate everyone there and trust them completely. (Trusting those who work on your home is a key thing!) James S. was here this morning for our fall tune-up...great guy! Polite and efficient...he had been here before and remembered our house and where things were. He was cross-training an installer, Jerome, who was also very nice. Good idea to cross train, btw. Another plus for Woodfin in my book!
