Steve and Chuck came out on a Sunday for 2 radiators that burst and thanks to them I was able to have heat again on the coldest weekend we’ve had. They were professional, thorough, and did a wonderful job. I am extremely pleased and thankful for the job they did.

Its a really cold snowy day and my electrician, Corbyn, did my initial inspection. He phoned prior to arriving and when he arrived, he put covers one his shoes to protect my floors. The inspection was timely and complete. Corbyn was knowledgeable gentlemen and was able to answer all my questions. Corbyn is an asset to your company. My Woodfin plumber, Brandon (311) did my initial inspection today. It's really cold and windy but that didn't keep him from arriving during the requested timeframe. Robert B was thorough even when this meant running in/out of my house many times in 10 degree weather. He explained the problem, provided a temporary solution and arranged for an electrician to come out and fix the problem.

Had a scheduled service call today from Woodfin. Our technician Matt was outstanding! He was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable! Woodfin and their entire team is fantastic.
I am very happy with the service provided me today by Steve while he did our plumbing inspection under the total house service plan. He answered my questions and did not rush when it came to my need to understand. He left me with material to look over because we are looking at installing gas logs. Very satisfied with the experience and as always will call Woodfin for any issues.
Woodfin's service representative arrived within one hour of our call and quickly assessed the problem and explained why it occurred. Apparently the heat vac pump had frozen in the snow storm and need a little time to thaw as the temperatures rose. The serviceman checked the unit to ensure it was functioning properly before leaving. Excellent service!
