This gentleman and his helper showed up on time and in protective booties (so as not to track dirt into my house). They did a very thorough check of my electrical systems, advised of what small things I could do (install GF receptacles on some of the outlets), and were very polite and professional.
What a wonderful representative Patrick is for Woodfin! He initially came out to start up our whole house generator. He noticed a few issues and immediately addressed them, bringing in additional colleagues and got the job done the same day. We are very happy with his work and Woodfin.
Matt came to do semi-annual check of air handler and air conditioner. He found a problem and found a solution. Pleasant and thoughtful gentleman. A good representative of Woodfin.

Gene and a helper arrived on time. They were very professional, friendly, and knew what to do and how to do it. They cleaned up and left everything neat and picked up. Would definitely use them again.
Brad came to perform my annual maintenance and found my 23 year old furnace ready to be history. He was wonderful with pictures and contacted your sales dept. and Daren came in an hour and gave me great advice on new equipment. Very happy with entire team and ready for replacement on May 1 & May 2. Faithful customer for over 25 years!! Also the kids love the Woodfin Dogs!!! LaVerne Jones
Would definitely recommend Woodfin. We've dealt with them for about 25 years with very few real complaints. Really like their maintenance contracts. Abdul has been the technician that performed the maintenance over the last few years. Always knowledgeable and professional. Very family focused. Good sense of humor..
