Have been a Woodfin customer for many years. Carry their "whole house" service plan (heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical). Always extremely satisfied with their service. Changing my review. After my initial review I received communication from a manager. He reviewed the services and charges. He agreed with my concerns about the fees we were charged and made fair and appropriate adjustments. This turned out to be a good experience. Initial review....Our heating was not working so I called to schedule a repair. Dylan Grandstaff was both friendly and professional during our appointment yesterday. He is knowledgele and explains very well. We will ask for him every time.
Yearly inspections done today by Jesse (209) H. Electrician and Plumbing by Steve (310) C. Have had both guys out before and really like the fact that the same guys come . Both of them very friendly and helpful. They did full inspections and Jesse serviced our generator as well . Very satisfied and hope to see same guys next year . Thanks Tim J
William Cox and his assistant performed our annual generator maintenance today. They did a great job, as do all of Woodfin's technicians! So glad that we had Woodfin install a whole-house generator! Whatever the weather can throw at us, we're ready. Thanks, Woodfin for another great job!
