Taylor Homan and Aaron-Michael Betcares installed our new air conditioning system yesterday. They were exceptional: very professional, worked diligently (without a break) and explained exactly what they were doing and how the new system worked. When finished they took away all the debris from the old system and left everything in good order. I have been a Woodfin customer since 2000 and this team reinforced why I continue with Woodfin. They were the best!
Midday on a windy Friday when thousands of people were without power, Woodfin promised a technician to determine why our generator wasn't working. Woodfin did not disappoint. Having a service agreement with them is one of the best investments a homeowner can have. Good job, ya'll!
Robert #33, Robbie was fantastic. Of course, he completed the work assignment in a timely, neat, efficient way but he was also so patient in explaining everything. He was knowledgeable, but easy to understand. A true professional. He actually arrived early, after having sent a text making sure that would be okay with us. And as an extra bonus, he was an all around nice guy. Again, Woofin goes above and beyond the call of just doing a job. Worth the money.

Heat went out Friday, part was promised by Tuesday at the latest. It is now a Tuesday evening and we still have no heat. NOT a happy customer. UPDATE-Supervisor Larry called Tuesday night to apologize and promised to track the part and call back Wednesday a.m. which he did. Technician arrived on time to install the part and we have heat. We were also given a discount on the repair. Will more than likely call them for future repairs.
It seems like every time I've lost heat, it's been after hours. Well last night was no exception. We had our blower quit running and noticed at 9:30 last night. I have a service plan. Called Woodfin and Larry N. Showed up at 10:15. PM. By 12:15, he had replaced the blower in our 15 yo plus system and we had heat. A few yrs ago, I needed a different emergency repair and same level of service. I will say you might pay a little more than most places, but the service you get and standing behind that work is more than worth it.

Brandon with the plumbing department at Woodfin was amazing! He was extremely professional and courteous (as were the other associated we dealt with) and very thorough. Brandon even assisted with trouble shooting a issue and his information was invaluable to us. Thanks for having such great people Woodfin!!
