This company will try to get you to purchase unnecessary repairs. Lie about things wrong with your equipment. Charge you for parts that can be purchase at Lowe's or Home Depot for half or one third the cost. I really believe they train their technicians how to best rip you off. Check around before you get suckered. UPDATE Where your tech checked my unit for five minutes and decided my furnace was usless. I had my furnace checked by a company that was not trying to rip me off, everything was handled in a professional manner. ... read more
Tyler F. did a great job on dishwasher installation, including heading back out again in the snow to get a part from Lowes. I've found w/ Woodfin that good service can be very different from one tech to the next. Tyler is one of the good ones.
Robert did an awesome job with fixing our (vintage?) oil furnace! He was very patient with my many pesky questions and explained everything he was doing. I would definitely recommend Woodfin and Robert. Totally happy with these guys.
