I had my annual plumbing and electrical system inspections performed by Woodfin today. Brandon M. did an excellent job testing the plumbing and servicing my tankless water heater which needed flushed this year. Adam K. performed the electrical inspection and resolved two small issues that had been bothering me-a loose wall plug in the master bedroom (prongs from my hair dryer kept falling out of it) and an outside light that would not stay lit. We have had issues with humidity and mold for a very long time. Alex, a comfort advisor from Woodfin, is the first and only person who not only listened to our problems but also explained a solution. He was knowledgeable, professional, and spent a lot of time with us to understand our needs and plan to fix the problem. We highly recommend Woodfin.
James was able to fix our air conditioner after another technician failed to fix it. He spent the time to diagnose and solve the problem. It was hard work because our unit froze up with huge chunks of ice that were in the unit outside and also in the crawl space. Seeing chunks of ice sailing through the crawlspace door let me know how hard this was. So thankful for James and his expertise!

Had an issue with my generator, Brent E. was dispatched to my home with in a few hours. He was very friendly and professional. Seemed very trustworthy and knowledgeable. He went over and above to solve the issue, and it was fixed right there on the spot. He even offered to tweak some settings to better fit our needs. Pricing was extremely reasonable. First experience with Woodfin. Will definitely think of them again if another issue arises!
I was having trouble with water pressure and the Woodfin team that came to my house went above and beyond the best service. From the call I received to set up today’s appointment until the work was complete they were courteous, professional and just very nice guys. They explained everything they needed to do and made sure I understood. Highly recommend.
