Woodfin came out and said evaporator had burst and new one was not available from the factory. Called another company and had new evaporator from factory in 3 days. Hmmmmm sorry woody, won’t get my business anymore

Had technician - Trevor [tech 336] - came out to fit an issue with our fireplace. Was on time, very knowledgeable about our issue, and it was fixed that same visit. Also told us about other services that we were unaware that Woodfin offered. Very happy with this service. Would definitely recommend.
