Woodfin took the stress out of scheduling and Abdul arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem, fixed my issue and set the furnace to ER heat and tested the repair before he cleaned up and left. He helped me greatly with information on a service contract which I signed up for. He proposed a game plan for cleaning and upcoming maintenance that helped me plan ahead for any financial needs. Adam G #15 was phenomenal fixing our furnace this week. Complicated job that had some unexpected twists and turns and he did all of it with skill and attention to every last detail. Everyone I have spoken with at the company has been friendly, responsive and did what they said they would when they said they would do it! Very grateful -- it is cold outside!
They always arrive within the time period established and call to let us know the approximate time of arrival.
Woodfin owns RVA Graphics & Wraps. This company ruined my brand new 2018 Toyota Tacoma with a botched wrap. They did not install seals correctly (some not at all) which led to water intrusion and damage. When they took the wrap off paint was ripped off of the truck, as well. It has been over three months and my vehicle is still not fixed. Their insurance company is also refusing to replace my personal items damaged from their neglect. I do not recommend Woodfin or their affiliate company, RVA Graphics & Wrap.
