We found a leak in the bathroom toilet, and about the same time, the bathroom sink also backed up. Called Woodin, and then next day, Trevor (T.J.) came to fix the issues. A simple twist of a bolt and snaking of the sink solved the problems. He didn't even charge for the visit! The whole home protection plan is truly worth the investment! We LOVE the WOODFIN TEAM!
I called on a very hot day, and they were here the day that I called. Ryan was very professional and took care of the situation within 40 minutes.
Our internet router, computer, etc. just stopped working. We checked the circuit breakers, etc. and could not see the problem. Jesse Hall came for the service call and within an hour had found the problem (a damaged outlet not even by the computer). He explained what he was doing and I felt very confident about his knowledge and skills. He was also friendly and professional. Would highly recommend him.
