Chris Pittman was the technician who performed our annual review and he was very professional in his manner and communications. We had some weak batteries in our kitchen faucet and Chris had them replaced, he offered advice on other items in our house and also explained other services provided by Woodfin such as HVAC, generator service and propane delivery (we only use Woodfin for plumbing at this time). I was very pleased with the service provided.
Larry N. came out when our air conditioning was out and took care of the problem quickly and professionally. He explained the issue well - obviously is very knowledgeable. Thank you!
