Our heat pump died during the hottest part of August. Robert of Woodfin arrived and quickly determined that I need a new part. He was polite, efficient and fixed the problem. Yes, I remember Virginia summers before central air, but I don't want to repeat the experience! Thank you, Robert and Woodfin.
Chris C #6 was responsible for the replacement of my HVAC unit. He was fast, efficient, polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Woodfin in the future for service and installation needs.
Andy Brooks was an awesome tech. Very knowledgeable and explained everything in a professional and detailed manner. He was meticulous and even tuned up a couple of things a previous tech from another company overlooked.

I have only had one somewhat negative experience with a Woodfin employee. Every time I have called , service has been GREAT and the young lady at the front in the office on Hamilton went out of her way to get my concerns taken care of .
Robert did an excellent job checking out my Air Conditioner. He fixed the clogged drain and did so with the expertise of 22 years of training. His understanding of the A/C unit saved time and put my mind at ease that the technician knew exactly what to do. Job well done! Highly recommended.
I contacted your office on Tuesday because the pump on my AV unit was running constantly and I was concerned. The person taking the call scheduled my appointment for the very next day. Larry N. 16 serviced my AC unit and replaced the pump and media filter. He was efficient and explained exactly what he would be doing. I was very pleased with Larry N. and the service I received. I give Woodfin 5 stars.
My AC went off at the height of this last heat wave. I just knew we would be without AC for days, but I called Woodfin that morning (they had not installed the AC unit, only my furnace). They were at the house before noon, fixed the problem (a fuse gone bad), and I was a happy camper. I was told what the service charge would be ahead of time, and was so happy they had the fuses (an old type) right on the truck. Nick D was awesome. He replaced our water heater with no trouble. It was complicated because it was upstairs. We are always impressed with the caliber of people Woodfin sends to maintain our HVAC, electrical and plumbing! We highly recommend them.
