Drake is every bit the professional. He wore "booties" while in my home and did not seem to mind me trailing behind him throwing questions his way left and right. Bottom line: my second floor has AC and I am ready for summer!

Been with Woodfin for 19 years and on my second home using their services. Service call was for a malfunctioning AC unit and the repair required the replacement of a capacitor. The technician, Drake E. diagnosed the problem, replaced a capacitor, and provided testing to ensure there were no further issues that could be detected. Overall a good experience made better by the professionalism and demeanor of the technician.
Had a new water heater installed by Lucas H 331 yesterday. I was very pleased with his professionalism and the quality of his work. We were always informed of what he was doing every step of the install. I would definitely recommend Lucas H and Woodfin!
Woodfin did my AC preventive maintenance check up today. Ethan was the tech. He was timely, courteous and very knowledgable. He was very neat and respectful of our home. I have found Woodfin has a similar workforce in various areas.
I showed MJ where electrical needs were. He didn't say anything about the croweded and messy areas. He asked me what I thought he was supposed to do, where I wanted the installation of items. He came up with a "game plan" with suggestions about where to put outlets etc and reviewed it with me. I liked and then he and a couple of other guys just got busy and completed the work! James Williams has always provided excellent service when servicing our heating/cooling system. He has always been friendly and always on time. We are always pleased when he is sent to work on our equipment.
Great service. Called this morning and they sent a tech out the same day. Drake E diagonalized our problem and promptly fixed it (clogged oil lines) Thanks Drake for great service, We will definitely use Woodfin again and request Drake E.
Michael was not the original electrician assigned to me but came in at the last minute and made me feel comfortable with his knowledge of the situation and explained his plans giving me two options.
