We had the Electrical inspection done on May 19, 2016. William Cox the electrician was very professional and answered all of our questions. He explained what he was recommending and why. Vey good.

Robert came to my house this morning because my hot water heater was giving me intermittent hot water. He came at almost the exact minute he said he would be here and proceeded to go over every inch of my system and thought it might just need to be flushed. He went ahead and flushed out my system and had a Electrican come by also to verify my system was indeed working properly.

Jesse Hall is one of the nicest most knowledgeable electricians we have ever dealt with. Today was our second encounter with Jesse. His last job with us was particularly challenging which he completed with expertise. Today's visit was for our annual electrical inspection which was handled with expertise and to evaluate another challenging project. Jesse is polite, knowledgeable, and excellent at his job.

I am having issues with a generator that was not installed by Woodfin. Rather than just trying to sell me something, they are working to diagnose and correct the problem. Patrick M. took great care to explain in a way that I could understand what was going on and what could be done to fix it... Thank you Patrick!

Thanks to Woodfin for having great employees. Steve Clubb was our technician for our plumbing inspection again this year. Thanks to him for all of the advice on the future of our home and plumbing needs. Our other technician was Robert Anderson. We had a stopped up drain and the service he provider was awesome. Quick response and fast work by Robert our problem was solved.
