I have been a Woodfin customer for more than 25 years. Their advice is always good, the price is always reasonable and the service is always excellent and professional. Today James S. (#23) came to my home to check my gas furnace. He listened to my questions and answered all fully.
I called in a service request for an upstairs heat pump which had not been cooling properly. The technician came that afternoon! Mike E., Tech 3, quickly discovered a clogged filter (oops! My fault for not checking!). He continued his inspection checking out the outside unit. Mike explained the condition of the unit, at 23 years, had several issues which might lead to an imminent breakdown. We talked about options, costs and getting a free estimate for replacement. James Schneider was our Service Technician. James was completely though checking the entire system. Knowing that I had an issue in the pass, he took the time to explain what the problem might had been. I appreciated him taking the time to explain things to me. Rod also took the time to stop by and check on the issue I was having, and I greatly appreciate their follow-up.

Most helpful. Answered all of our questions in detail. We are very satisfied with James S as well as Woodfin. We converted from oil to gas a couple of years ago and have been satisfied with the change and the service.
Lucas was with another technician when they came to our house. They were very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and why. It was very late in the day, but he stayed and helped the other person correct the problem. We are very pleased with the plumbing repair that was done. Thanks!
