I did not know how to choose a plumber to make some bathroom repairs. I have been dealing with Woodfin for years to provide my heating oil. They have always been professional and very helpful. Did our home inspection today. Everyone was great and so professional! They were prompt with their arrival times and very efficient. Adam was able to figure out where a small leak was coming from under our kitchen sink that we hadn't been able to figure out which was great!
Brandon was on time. He was very cordial. He inspected things and told me needed to be done and why.... Very Good.......
Put in a no heat report and technician Adam G #15 came out, found and fixed problem..unit was new so under warranty. Adam explained everything and was very professional and thorough. I appreciate Woodfin having great people representing their company.

Decided to take advantage of the promotion to replace an 18-year old heat pump. Chris Cabaniss and Jeremy Banton did the installation for us. They did a great job. It was storming when Chris arrived (on time) but they got right to work. Managed to remove and replace the air exchange from deep in the crawl space w/o harming a flower bed right in front. Chris was extremely polite and conducted the cleaning and servicing of my furnace and AC units professionally and with knowledge.
Drake E. called to let me know he was coming and was prompt in getting here. Very courteous and took care of the furnace inspection and gave me the written check list. I was very pleased with Woodfin's service.
