We love Woodfin. This winter we used them for a heating problem. Today Jessie Hall did an excellent job on electrical work. Jessie was very professional, friendly, and did a great job. Will ask for him again if another problem arises.

Woke up to a leak beside the toilet and called Woodfin. Scotty Gray was here by 9:00 and got right to work identifying the source of the leak. This is the original toilet installed when the house was built 30+ yrs ago and it was NOT an easy job. Because the bolts had rusted so badly he had to saw them off, etc. He was absolutely professional and considerate throughout the time he was here. I can't thank him and Woodfin enough.

'We were very pleased with James S, who came to do regular maintenance on our furnace. He was very pleasant and communicative. We were surprised he put on the protective "booties" before entering our home. We said, oh no, you don't have to do that. However, he insisted, stating that it was one of the things that was expected of him. 'Very nice guy.

Had our annual plumbing inspection first part of February and Gene arrived and walked me through the entire process. I walked with him throughout inside & outside, under the house, etc. and he explained everything, made notes, made some useful suggestions. Woodfin certainly has an excellent employee in Gene and everyone else I've dealt with is an exceptionally good representative of Woodfin.
