How about the 16 MB/sec that I pay for? How about reliability? False advertising about speed,reliability and decent service.Is this the best you folks can do? If it is,you need to get out of the business.Your service is a cruel overpriced joke
Windstream is a terrible provider! Phone line out for 4 days. Ticket opened & escalated but NO ONE is doing anything to fix it. Said they’d call with an update. NOTHING!!! Been on the phone with them for 35+ minutes, still on hold, waiting for an answer to get the phone line fixed for my dad!!! Internet service is just as bad if not worse. Don’t ever use Windstream!!!!
Have dealt with an issue of no dial tone for one month. One person came out and made situation even worse. Administrative Team patronizing tone and nothing done. Same words, same story, no help. If I could change to another carrier in the area, I would right now. So frustrated and hope God has these people go through what I am going through.
Drops constantly, they have monopoly here and nothing you can do about it
Another company is adding fiber optic cable to our community...somewhat slowly but we are SO switching when available. Then, bye Windstream.
It only gets a 1 because you can't select 0. The internet is snail paced slow, which you pay way too much for, and half the time it doesn't even work!
