I have been on a wait list for almost a month now, and they are the only provider in Winder, Ga where I live. Every call I am on the phone for over and hour and always get no where with them just saying the same thing. They are making no progress and treat customers very typically like corporate America is known for. Our internet goes out often and these guys can't handle their customer base because it takes up to 4 days to get a tech out so you sit without internet for days. I'm cancelling them Monday and signing up with a more local service who can actually provide service. Terrible internet service, stay away!!!
Our internet never goes through a full month without having issues, you customer support team is normally awful and once in a while we get a decent person. Takes forever to get someone to come out to service our internet when customer service can't fix over phone (which is every time we call). You charge outrages prices for services when you can only use part of them time.
ah yes i hate windstream so much that i feel bad for the people who work there when they give their future boss their portfolio and they see this garbage
they suck.... shut off my service after I paid my bill less then a week late. then charged me a $55 dollar reactivation fee. what a ripoff!
In Marshall Arkansas the internet never works with windstream except on rare occasions. Hard to keep an internet business going.
