Hope you never need help with your service. You get a argumentive rep that blames the problem on your computer.
I give it a -10 stars. It's the most crapy Internet I've ever had. Unfortunately my area doesn't offer anything else so I'm stuck with this junk.
I can't imagine any internet provider worse then windstream. I have to turn my phone off of wifi to speed up my internet.
Been without telephone since Sunday, they said they would have it fixed Friday. I guess it could be worse.
So, now I got to the coffee shop when I need to download anything. I'm pretty sure dial up service is faster then the Windstream internet connection. So pitiful, Windstream or Time Warner are the only choices...bad or badder. I've called multiple times and they've informed me that I'm on a real bad line that they aren't fixing...sorry. Across the street speed is double ours, but they won't connect us. Just what you want to here, I'm basically paying for nothing.
110$ for a bill that's supposed to be 60$. So sick of calling and correcting.
Not even a 1 rating! It's a 0000. From waiting on hold for over 30 minutes every time you call them to it taking 14 days for them to get a tech to you to fix the issue, then the tech telling you he had to move my line to a new location that was 2 miles from my home which would affect my speed. Why not fix the line it was on? Ridiculous! Now 2 days later I have no dial tone on the land line, call to report it, yes I waited on hold for 10 minutes and will now wait for 3 days for a tech to come again. For the past two months, I've had nothing but problems with Windstream. Customer service is non-existent. The last lady I spoke to did not even give her name, and when I asked to speak to someone else because of her attitude, she refused. As soon as another service is available, I will cancel Windstream. How can a company have such poor service?
