Absolutely terrible. When I can get cell service, 4g or lte is faster.
there's a special place in hell for the people that control this shit stain of a company. they used legal loopholes to prevent at&t from coming into our area so they have a monopoly on internet service options. their service sucks more ass than justin beiber and elton john combined. at max my dl speed is never more than 3mbps....and thats the highest they offer for 100 bucks a month. fuck you. i hope you choke on donkey dick in Tijuana you bastards.
I have nothing but trouble lately. Getting through to the service Dept is impossible. I pay for 20mps but barely get 2!
Been without internet for a week now, get nothing but run around, now they telling me it could be another week before they will send someone out, meanwhile I'm paying for a service that I don't have! Pissed!!!
Windstream is the worst service provider. They don't keep their commitments for installation, they make excuses or don't respond at all when they don't show up and after 6 months of waiting for a circuit to be turned up, which we were told the installation was completed 2 months ago, we are still getting the run around and the circuit is in operable. I will never use this company again.
The only reason WINDSTREAM is in business is due to people living in locations where WINDSTREAM is the only service offered... WINDSTREAM has horrific internet service! WINDSTREAM CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES have very little knowledge of their own equipment, they LIE, and they don't care about the CUSTOMER! Rated 0.01 out of 10 WINDSTREAM = WAIST OF MONEY = PATHETIC
Sent me a letter to increase speed $10 a month. I bit. Was told speed no issue but would have to rent modem. I bought a windstream approved modem instead. After waiting 2 weeks for install date it went and past. No call or nothing. I called and was told it was put on engineering hold with no eta. If I could divorce you I would in a heartbeat.
I like that it says they reply in minutes. i've been on the phone for three days off and on to try to fix a problem that they created. Not me. They created it. They misread in order, accidentally disconnected my business phone. And cannot figure out how in the world to reconnect me. 15 years I've been a customer in 15 years on auto pay. And they can't figure out how to turn my phone back on
