Tech was supposed to come today to upgrade my internet speed. No call to say when, waited ALL DAY. No calls, nothing. Never came. Called support. Absolutely no help, could not tell me a thing. 20 minutes later after being on hold, rep came back and said “Don’t worry, they will call tomorrow morning “.!! Don’t worry. I am worried.
They probably owe me hundreds of dollars in virtual in-game currencies that I've lost because they're ping times spike to 3000-5000+ in the middle of games or when the game is loading. So I effectively am forced to play a bad game where all my shots miss because they lag three seconds behind and I can't react to anything in-game. These people can burn and I hope they do.
Dont sign a long term contract. Once they get your signature on dotted line, you will be told about a clause in the contract that they can jack up your prices. I signed a contract for $658 per month. Now I am paying almost a $1037 per month and there is nothing I can do till the end of 36 month contract. So buyer be aware.
No!! We are always losing service and internet connection. I can't chose any other company because their the only company that services our road. I pay 90$ a month for the worst service ever. We only have internet! No cable services here either.
we constantly have slow speed in interrupted service. I have been told that Windstream could do something about it but they choose not to. I'm very disappointed in my service.
I have been on hold 25 minutes and disconnected twice. Then I call back and get a person that cannot understand me! Really detest using them.
Price jumped $17 a month from my cart after signing up a new service to the amount quoted in the confirmation email. Called customer service and was told that they couldn't tell me what the price per month would be and recommended waiting till I received the first bill.
Good Lord your company sucks beyond words. If you didn't have monopoly on the phone and internet business here, you would BE OUT OF BUSINESS!!!! Y'all suck so bad.
