Nothing, can't get anyone to come get my phone and internet working again. They came out 4 days ago to put in lines for oneside of the loop and cut my lines and left them. I have called so many times. they give me a time they will be here and have not seen the first person yet. Have kids on viral schooling but no other options.

I have lived in Grant County (Ico area) for almost 15 years now and we have never had good internet service through Windstream, nor has anyone else. We pay for internet speed that their equipment is absolutely unable to deliver to their customers. Their excuse...”we don’t have a rate plan for that”, referring to the 1.5 GB we receive as opposed to the 3 or 5 we pay for. Their customer support team is anything but helpful. They are unable AND unwilling to find a solution to an issue related to our name directory and recordings.

Keeps saying it’s us. When we had no problem until the last month. I have pics of what is happening. We have unplugged everything but they “sped us up” I suggest they call are it’s going to a hot spot

not reliable at all. can't call a local number for assistance. I work from home and have 3 kids using internet for school and I can't get a service person until "sometime tomorrow" ??? I could lose my job because of this!

windstream is ridiculous been out of service since last month done called many of times I get an appointment noone shows up or calls when I call them back they say well idk why they didnt show up but then sends me a text message with a later date done pushed my date back twice because they cant get to my area so they say but they were just in my area yesterday and noone came by my house but everybody in my community internet is working and mine isn't and they keep telling me because of what happened they cant come to my area... read more

We bought a home back in December and immediately jumped on in trying to get internet. It took 5 months to get it and the line they were supposed to dig and put into the ground? It’s still blowing in the wind almost 5 months later! Not to mention our internet hardly ever works! It’s a waste of money and time. Horrible customer service! We are trying to hang in there for OzarkGo because they don’t have it or AT&T out in our area yet. It’s a bummer! 10/10 don’t recommend!

I do not understand why they can not fathom that if there are 100 homes in a neighborhood that we need capability for 100 homes OR MORE. instead they come out every few months to tell new neighbors they can not have internet because the box is full. How terribly inefficient. Why not just install that blasted box we need for the number of people we WILL have? We have been waiting WEEKS for another line to be installed because 12 gig can not even support my household and we can't get it. Just terrible service all the way aroun... read more

My 6 month long battle with Windstream to get phone and internet in my home has now been extended another 2 months. In March when the pandemic became a real thing, I tried to get phone and internet then so I could work from home, but the podium ½ mile from me doesn’t have enough pins to give my house service. Not one neighbor around me is without service. Every one of them have both phone and internet, but I can’t get it.
