Windstream overcharged me for months. Now that I'm trying to disconnect the company is trying to charge me for another 30 to 45 days. They don't have to do anything. They're just charging me for nothing. I was with them for a long time, and that wasn't the best service. I should have cancelled long ago.
Reported outage Thursday, speaking to a live person and left a message. Called back today for status check, the rep says there is no notification of outage on my account, refused to give ticket number, says they will call me with ticket number, and hangs up on me when I request to wait for ticket number.

Absolute worst Company ever. Have had Windstream for over 10 yrs. this past year has been the worst from over charging on services to being down on the internet every other day.
Right now - nothing. I signed up for Fiber over a month ago, I am still being billed double what I should be, and the process is not 100% completed. My emails are not getting delivered and they do not call you back.

This is the worse company I've came across so far. Now, they're not answering the phone or wont return the call. My services were suppose to be connected a month ago. I've had 34 appointments and have been disappointed each time.
Worst communications skills ever! Customer service is something they obviously do not comprehend. Internet service is horridly unpredictable. It would be easier to answer what I do recommend about Windstream, which is NOTHING.
