By actually providing the service I pay for! Horrible!
We have only had issues. Today we had to call twice as well as our neighbors. And have been told multiple things. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and was given to Owayne. Owayne refuses to allow me to speak with Tier 2 (which has already helped two of my neighbors with the problem) and refused to allow me to speak with his supervisor. I had to ask the same question over three times before he would answer me. Recommendednever had any problems with Windstream services, prices a bit high and the big internet package isnt offered in my area, but I highly recommend them!
Pay for 3 mbs and average .75. Customer service is rude and not at all helpful.
Provide expected service after 17 years. Windstream sucks.
