I do not get the speed I pay for. My service rep says we are on an old copper line that was oversold and Windstream has no plan to upgrade. You either live on the fiber line or you have bad internet.

they are so bad and high with their prices that I will never move back to vilonia. I hate dealing with them they take for ever! they charge 50 for 1.5 mb are you kidding me! I paid 50 for 50mb in Conway. yall need to step up your game. also your phone robot glitches all the time and I tell you about it all the time and still not fixed. it took over a week to come look at our modem as well. I wish yall would just sell out to Conway corporation.
There is no internet service and home phone service for the last 24 hours. Yesterday called twice ( at 12:30 and 3:30 pm ) and today called once ( at 9:30 and got hold of tech support after 20 minutes)in the morning. Still no service. My son was sick. I mentioned them over phone. But No help provided. It should have been considered as emergency. They can improve by providing the service that we are paying for. My bill is $81.00 a month for internet only! I pay for 3.0 mbp but we are only getting .05. I have called support and was told that this is the best we will ever get that we have copper wiring in our area and there are no plans for any upgrades. I do not see how it is legal for Windstream to bill me for a service that they are not providing.😡 Maybe a letter to the attorney general may help. Tony Thomas

Windstream in terrible, your bills are never a consistent amount and customer service is terrible. They claim to never have a supervisor on the phone. The last time I called a rep named Manny came on the phone I asked to speak with a supervisor because he was making no sense and he gets back on the phone with the same voice talking about my name is Julio and it was the same person I was on the phone with.
