No customer service. Waiting on the technicians to come out ( When they are not busy) and fix the phone. It’s been out since Thursday should have it fix by Tuesday. When it rains the phone goes out Got to Love them.
RecommendedI have no problems with Windstream ... A technician just left my house and he was extremely professional ... Windstream kept my appointment promise and let me know by text when they will be here ... I would strongly recommend this company and their products ... I have been with Windstream for some time now and am well pleased with the company.
charged me for internet and I'm not even one of there customers... called and was put on hold for over 45min I have no statement or invoice from them whatsoever. said I would be transferred to fraud dept then the finance dept over and over. I'll never spend a dime with them ever after this.
Ordered my Windstream Internet service on August 20. Nearly 3 weeks later, I've seen no indication that any progress has been made to get it set up. When pressed for any sort of update on progress or estimated timeframe, the only thing I can get out of the customer service reps is that they're "working on it." The only reason I signed up with them was they're the only "service" in town; everyone in town I talk with always has horrible things to say about this company, their service, and their connection speeds.
these are some of the worst people I have ever dealt with they are the only providers for my area and they know it I get 1 mb at best 2 miles down the road they have triple that

Have called twice about service in the past three months. Both times i was told someone would call me and set up a time to come out. Still no call.
on my street everyone gets 4 mps but on all the other streets in Combs everyone get 25mps for the same prise. im done changing providers wtf
