Worst service ever constantly lied to. I took off work 1 and a half days just to be rescheduled , horrible customer service!!!

Windstream had me replace my modem and completely rewire my house, to fix my internet. Come to find out they have knowingly oversold our area. And cannot provide the service they sell. The system cannot handle the bandwidth. Yet they continue to charge me. And continue to sell new accounts on the already overloaded system. I filed complaints with the FCC and FTC. Windstream is the worst internet! We pay $85 a month and never miss a payment and it goes out 15 times a day everyday! I wish we had more options or that windstream actually cared! Worst internet in the world! Would not recommend

I have been dealing with an outage issue for over a week now. I have NEVER had such a bad experience as I have with windstream! I’m at my wits end!
No service constantly, Have not been able to log into a game for two months. Call and Call... no answer. system hangs up on you if you want to file a complaint. Internal only has a Connection speed of (upload) at 1.1mbps and Connection speed (Download) at 10 - 13 mbps on a good day ove rather past month. Most days we are working with much less... not even maps. Customer service and Connection are terrible. But, they still withdraw a payment whether or not you have service.
