The internet where i live is so shitty i cant even watch netflix im starting to wonder whats the point in having it they wont upgrade our stuff and my wife called in and they said it could be over a year to two if not more before they decided to upgrade our service in our area... id have to say dial up is A LOT FASTER.. if you have another choice in service id go somewhere else!! I dont get what i pay for!!
windstream is horrbile i think they all need to go back to tech school if it take them that long to fix an outage fuck all the wind stream employees
My 80 year old mother has been out of phone service for 6 of the last 7 days. I was told when I reported it that she would be a priority service call and she would be taken care of by no later than Jan 15. Cell service is bad where she lives so that's no an option. This is so very sad!
I have been shuttled from person to person to person (4 in total), all of which said "I don't handle that." We were calling about an issue we requested service on 10/12. Have recently been on hold for an hour.
Just want people to know, in addition to crappy equipment & slow internet speeds, I am being charged $125 for copies of past year billing information. I am done. Will be cancelling this over priced service as soon as I get set up with another provider. I already cancelled at my home - will now be cancelling at our rental property.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, they make up the story as they go along. First response to erratic service was it was our equipment, then after that was replaced it was our computers, after those were replaced it was our equipment / modem again, then it must be because we were on an ipad, excuse after excuse for poor service. Worst internet provider! Customer service is terrible! We called to connect our services Friday, and were told they would be connected by 2pm Monday. Called when we found out they had yet to be done and sat on hold for almost 4 hours just to be hung up on. Horrible Custer service!
Nothing redeeming here, they provide horrible speeds at very high prices. In this world of ever increasing reliance on the internet 12mbps is not going to cut it anymore. My family would like to be able to watch netflix on more than one devise at a time.
