Currently have cause it is the only Internet provider in my area. Works great when we have service. Right now on day 2 without it and over a 35 minute wait time, but the place next to us has Internet and they have the same provider!
6th time to call, now over 2 hours of my life on hold AND still no resolution.
It's absolutely horrible in our area, sporadic, slow and unfortunately one of our only options.
Their service sucks. My internet cant stream Netflix, it is extremely slow, and doesn't work half the time. We have contacted them multiple and they have came and looked at our equipment and changes some lines. It still sucks. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. As soon as we get another provider where I live, we are switching. They steal almost 100 dollars a month from us.
I'm on day 3 of a windstream outage for my BUSINESS account. Very frustrated. It happens all the time.
First this is Abbie's dad. I have two windstream accounts, one for my home one for my business both in Sheridan. Challenge one, try to get service for your internet service. I get nothing but an apology. My premium service has been out for a month, yes one month and customer service says we can't be there until two weeks? What? It's already been a month. So no Internet since 11/18/16 because of their junk modem now told they would be here today 11/23/16 between 8 and 10, no call no show , called and got bumped to near 12 because someone had a repair call and mine was setup as a upgrade instead of repair , what a crock of $hit ,that is terrible service!!!!!!!
I order an upgrade to 10mbps last July. I was told today the first available hookup is next February. Seriously? You provide substandard internet speed with outage days exceeding the days when the service actually works, and then you take 7 months to install an upgrade? And you want $90/month for crappy service? Pathetic.
