Internet sucks i know i am not getting what i pay for. This is rediculous fix your crap systems with the money i pay to get slow internet sometimes.
Your internet service is so poor and unreliable it makes me long for the days of dial up!!!!
Internet works for 10 minutes then stops. I call Windstream and "turn off, unplug, blah, blah, blah" every time. Does it work? NO!!!! It's not like it's a new issue. Been dealing with this for a year. Every time there is "nothing wrong" according to Windstream so unplug, etc. I ask for a technician and get told I'm not eligible for upgrades so there is nothing to be done. I'm so mad I could spit nails. I'm at my wits end with all the lies and deception! FET YOUR ACT TOGETHER WINDSTREAM!
The Internet in my business was out for seven days. I can't believe the ineptitude and outright lies I received each of those days. I'm thankful for Matt Schulte and his supervisor Rick who finally got the mess straightened out. The rest of you should be ashamed!
Been going back and forth with these people for four months, hit my credit three times, still no service. No one seems to know what's going on and can't do too much of anything to resolve the issue. How are they even in business still?! Trash.
Windstream apparently is not in the mode of helping people, neighbors, communicate with each other. They refuse the business (even for a fee) of listing people in their phone book who are not their own land-line customers. They refer to such potential listings as "foreign" listings, as if Windstream constitutes a country unto themselves. Strange business model !! Let's hope they become enlightened that business is to serve communities, and that can be rewarding and profitable.
Here's the thing, the only reason you get two stars is because the people you send out for customer service tend to be nice. The reason I HATE this service is because at least, every other day we can't use the internet. This is the worst service I have ever had, and that's a lot considering I went through Time Warner. The only reason I still pay my $100 a month is because I have to rely on this for work purposes. Otherwise, I wouldn't do it any longer.
