I authorized them to automatically deduct my payment every month. At some point, they stopped taking the payment out automatically. I didn't get a bill for two months, so I had no idea there was an issue. First thing I know about it, I'm getting a disconnect notice. I have tried Five times to call and talk to somebody in the last week. I cannot get a live person on the phone to find out what went wrong. You people suck! If there was any other provider out here, they'd get my business, no questions asked.
Not worth the money and investment. The worst service I have ever had. 1mbps 8709428799 - copper lines. Get it together windstrean. You have folks who want good service and are willing to pay. Stop training you customer service agents to say we will be upgrading to fiber optic sin in your area. It been 3 years and no changes. I have to call constantly and I always hear there is nothing we can do until they upgrade your area. Make it right and get it right. Alltel would have.
Just ran 2 speed tests. Both were less than 1 Mbps. Ran a third, 1.45 Mbps. I pay for a 12 Mbps line. This is not uncommon.
We don't get the speed we pay for, it only works about half the time, and wouldn't you know it's the only service available here. ..

Your customer service is subpar at best. I just waited on hold for 25 mins. When the customer service rep finally took my call I told her why I was calling an then I was disconnected. Just horrible to wait 25 mins only to be disconnected. Infuriating!
I hate this company. Haven't had Internet since sat. Now it's Tuesday and have been on Hold for almost an hour. They can't find my money and account even though I've been paying over $40. For years
