As usual windstream went down again right while im taking an exam. Everytime i try to get my schoolwork done windstream crashes. I think windstream needs to pay for my tuition this term because of all my late turn ins. I am getting a failing grade because of the internet not working.
I moved here 4 years ago and i needed internet, well i wish i had of had different way to go. Windstream sold me highspeed internet at 12mbps at the for what i was supposed to be paying for. Well here it is4 years later and at best im getting 2.3mbps and im paying the same amount for my high speed internet as the folks across town are and they are getting20+ mbps and were still getting2.3at best. Trying to upgrade our internet speed is so frustrating. Our service call is scheduled between the hours of 11am and 3pm. Both my wife and I work day jobs and don't get home before 3pm. They must want one of us to take the day off of work and lose pay for that day. Tried to get ahold of a "person" to see if they could back up the service call and all I get is an automated person that tells me that my wait time to talk to someone is greater than 10 minutes!!!! Internet has been out most of the month. Was told someone would be sent to fix it on Saturday then Monday then Tuesday and then today. No one ever showed up. 36 mins on hold now. Time Warner is even better.

They were rude. Said they would call back. That was a week ago. Do whatever you can not to use windstream. Haha. We actually had windstream stock at one time. Dump it. Don't have anything to do with this company. Read the complaints. Oh yes. They said they will give us credit for while we were without service. Ha like they said they will call me back. Right�������
Windstream SUCKS the service is crap ��and the customer service well lets not even go there������
