Worst phone company EVER! Phone line is down more then it's not. Supposed high speed DSL .....might as well have dial up. Call for help and never spend less then an hour trying to get to talk to a person for said help. Windstream YOU SUCK!!!!!!!!!!
I called customer service this morning for Windstream internet service. All they had to offer was, "Have you searched out other internet options? DISH has satellite options. It's much higher, but that's an option." He apologized over and over, but never offered to trouble shoot or try to fix anything. Just... maybe you should look elsewhere, sorry. Hmmm..... Is there anybody else out there?????? Lol!! :)
#Windstream customer service is the worst. Refusing to transfer to supervisors. Dropping calls,having the same problem as last year in transferring our number to our new location. This took two upper level supervisors last year. This has been going on since 10/12/16. An body know how to get to the real people in charge in head company offices?
Our connection is always down, prices go up and waiting forever on a technician. Our business can't operate without a connection. This stinks!
Bunch of crooks!! I cancelled my service October 2nd. I was on new billing for 7 days when I cancelled. They charged my account 69$ for the whole month I didn't even use it. The over drafted me. I called and they don't show a record of the cancellation only that I had called on the 2nd. Refused to give my money back.
I am over and done with them. I pay way too much for way too little. I have never in my life considered going with comcast but 2 days of no service and an $80 bill for less bpm then am paying for. NO THANK YOU. you have created a monopoly in canton and I can't stand it any longer.
LAW SUIT, class action should be done for this company advertising a service they cannot provide. High Speed internet, please dial up is faster than the service I have. Bad thing is, phone will not work, internet does and the say this issue with both are the lines in the house. Customer service is not this companies focus.
shitternet, crappernet, poopernet, some term that makes no sense, wouldn't a "latency outage" be good? I mean, I'd love a latency outage, that means no latency right?
I called with an issue about reckless driving of a windstream employee. In my hometown, all mailboxes I called were full. I called the next town over, same issue. I spoke to a contractor outside of the office, he told me that he had AT&T and there wasn't anything he could do. I called headquarters, and her answer was unless you were injured there is nothing I can do. Windstream should express safety to employees when driving.
