Soo why am I paying you guys for a 940 kbps connection?
Horrible customer service. They accidently turned off my internet and now can't figure out how to turn it back on. Been without internet for a week - 2 weeks before Christmas when I have an internet sales business. Fantastic timing.
McNew Cemetary Rd Greenbrier. Speedtest 2.48mbps download .7mbps upload. Rediculous. They ran new line to other areas, but dump us that provided monies to do the new lines
You would think that paying $90 for internet that it would work. Horrible service and when you call costumer service they tell me "well we're your only option". I am so disappointed and can't wait to be able to call and cancel tomorrow!
LIARS! For three days in a row, I've been lied to by Windstream, who told me when I called that my repair ticket was changed to "tomorrow" at MY APPROVAL, when they NEVER CALLED ME, and that I would be their first stop. Guess who never showed up? They have no problem charging your monthly service bill, they just have a problem servicing you when you have problems. HORRIBLE!!!
Windstream is very poor, the internet is crap, they rip off the customers, I had an account with them a while back and was paying for internet at 3 MBPS. Now when I call to inquire about faster inter for my parents in the same house I am told the fastest they can offer is 1.5 mbps due to the copper lines so for at least 2 or 3 years I was paying for a service that was not available to me. And I have a past due bill of $245.00 from when I had an account with them on my credit which I feel I should not owe and should be remove... read more
I have called and tried everything I know of to try(with the help of customer service). Even had one of the workers out here twice, my internet still doesn't work about half of the time! This is getting ridiculous, was told we are only getting half of the signal that we should be getting. Why can't someone at Windstream fix this problem?
