Two days without Internet access. Pretty hard to run a business this way. Technician supposed to be here twice and has never shown up. Thanks for nothing Windstream
Horrible service. Have had issues for a month, no internet still, but quick to send bills. Was working with someone on the issue but have no way to call in and speak to that person and have information to give. Call the basic number to get told sorry, it isn't their problem. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this joke of a company.
I wish that I could give negative stars. Absolute worst internet service I have ever experienced. Sick and tired of paying for such poor service. I'm disgusted with this company and it's customer service.

We just got a new router from Windstream for an extra $10.00 a month, then we got a letter telling us they had given us a "free" speed up..... I gotta tell you it is slower than it was before... Are you guys democrat supporters..... every time I try to view a video against Killary, my computer either freezes or content is not available..... not a happy camper!!
I have waited all day for the tech from Windstream to show up at my house and he still isn`t here. It is now 8 pm . Not only did he not show up but they never called either. The sad part is that I called them 3 times to make sure and was told yes he would be here. I hate Windstream but where I live it is just about the only one you can get.
The best thing I can say about Windstream is I feel so much better after filing a BBB complaint on their horrible Internet and customer service.
