Used to be a pretty good service. This past year, service for Internet has gotten horrible. I pay a very high price for Internet that completely shuts down on weekend nights. You charge Way too much for crappy service. When I call to report the outage, I wait 30 minutes, an hour or more and the customer service staff gets snotty. Uuuuugh.... Enough already!!!!
Hate my service with Windstream! Connection is lost on a wkly basis and you call only to be told "sorry we have an outage in your area and we are not sure when we will have it back up" I do not recommend Windstream to anyone!!! By the way been on hold now 46 minutes waiting on someone to help me when I already know what the answer is going to be. Internet SUCKS! If someone else would provided service in our area I would drop Windstream like a bad habit!! ��
If I could rate this -10, I WOULD! This has to be the worse service ever!
Internet service has been down 2 days. I was suppose to receive a call back by 6pm and did not. I called and was told the ticket was still open and if I didn't hear from someone tonight to call in the morning. This is unacceptable and poor customer service.
Anyone have Medicom?? Thinking about switching our services are poor and hold time today was over an hour only to get hung up on.
When it works it's fine. Then there are days, like today, it's down for hours for no particular reason. Smart money says my bill won't be any smaller.
I pay $80/month for buffering while trying to stream???
