Absolute worst service I have gotten anywhere (from anywhere I have bought anything). We rarely achieve speeds half of what we are paying for. If I had an option for other service, I would ditch these guys in a second.
Windstream has the most rude customer service of ANY company I have ever dealt with.
Worst Internet provider I have ever seen, they should bill based on the days you actually have service. Seriously, not sure how this company remains in business.
Windstream has been horrible for the past 2 months when you call and wait 20+minutes you get a different excuse why its slow and you cant get on Well Sept 2nd they are History
I hate windstream. I have been without internet for two weeks. I was on hold for over 20 mins just to be laghed at by the operator and basically be told there other priorities and I am not one of them. It would be wonderful to pull all of their pis**ed off customers and sue for lost money spent on services. Doesn't even deserve one star. Internet NEVER works. Always having to unplug & plug it back in for it to work an hr then have to do it all over again.
These people are a joke. First of all I had to run the data wire myself,because the installers didn't want to do it theirselves and tryed to put it off for another day after i'd already waited two weeks. Then my Wi-Fi box goes bad,and they tell us they will send us one by fed ex. A week later i find out they never sent the box at all, just out n out lied like they was Hillary Clinton type people. Does anyone have a Windstream sign I could have or buy?
We are paying for the fastest residential Internet. For the past week, we lose internet twenty or more times a day. We unplug our modem over and over again. Even our County Commission is asking questions as to why Windstream sucks.
