Extremely unreliable. Definitely not for anyone who games. It's okay I suppose if you don't care if your ISP gives you your advertised speed and don't mind being disconnected for indefinite periods of time 3 or 4 times a day. I would rate it 0 stars if I were able to.
They have the worst customer service, and the phone line and the internet go out constantly. I wouldn't recommend there services to anyone.
Horrible! I only chose one star because you have to pick at least one to get it to post. The longer you are a customer the worse your service will be & the more they charge.
Last 30 days I've had 2 days of service. When I do have service, it averages .03 maps. I call and am always told they are upgrading. Been that way 4 years. If there was another option here them I'd switch in a heartbeat.
The service goes down more than a whore.... I pay good money for shit. You will be hearing from me on Monday and it will not be good.
Service is out all the time. Always takes 30 mins to talk to someone. I have filled a complaint with PSC. Please take the time and do the same.
Windstream sucks They said they were gonna come out and fix my wifi and they kept saying someone was coming for a whole week and at the end they said they were not gonna come bc my dogs were a threat. When my uncle even told them he would be there to get the dogs so he talked to the manager and the manager said he was not gonna get noone to go and told my uncle that he didnt care if he lost a customer! ��
Worst customer service interface EVER and this includes interacting with IRS. Spent 15 minutes waiting for CSR, finally came on and spoke with me for a couple minutes, transferred me to tech, and after 39 minutes on hold AGAIN. I finally had to hang up. Only sat on hold that long just to see how long it would take. Over 1 hour on hold and nothing. Ridiculous!! Not a one time occurrence either!!!
