if i could have another company i would. they have me paying for their internet for life bundle up to 10 mbps but have me throttled to 1.5

Windstream is the worst service in every sense of the word!! Everything about them is BAD!!! Overpriced for poor unreliable service. So sad!

Not sure what the problem with my internet is, it's usually my Windstream phone service that goes out. It seems to take forever for technicians to fix my phone, but to be fair, I rarely have an internet outage. I do have one now, though. If Windstream is interested, I live in Big Canoe, Georgia, 30143, and woulf love to know when my internet will be up again. I work from home and really need the service to be working.

The worst infrastructure in the industry. I pay for DSL and barely receive dail-up speeds. It goes out daily and none of their service people are ever helpful.

Windstream Internet down AGAIN. True to custom, it usually goes out either on Friday or Monday between 1 and 3 PM. No option to report outage and cannot reach a real person ever (unless ordering a new service).

The service is ABSOLUTE TRASH...I've been without service for hours and on hold for over an hour...wouldn't recommend anyone use their service!!

Having to rebuild my connection now every two to three weeks. There tech folks don't know why, but as long as I wait on the phone forever and they get it back running, all is good to them. Techs who show up at your home will tell you they are overloaded and out of date gear, corporate trying to squeeze out every dime. Modems are now rentals, not purchase.
