Constantly losing internet... on clear bright days. Can't watch any Netflix or videos on my phone, tablet or laptop while on wifi. It just loads and loads. Takes forever to load Web pages and process things. I need the Internet to work for 2 reasons.. 1 being I pay each month for it 2 work and 2 bc I depend on the Internet to make a living with my business. If I could switch providers I would in a heartbeat but nothing else is offered in the area I'm in!
I have called 5 days straight, while on hold and NEVER got to talk to anyone!! Went o. Line to chat online... Never returned chat! Terrible terrible company.
The computer freezes up. Things won't upload. On phone for over 1 hr. waiting to talk to customer service. Mine is not only problem. People on other side of the township have similar issues. Asked to speak with local customer service representative. Was told they didn't have any way of doing that. Very poor service. Have asked for three months to have this issue corrected. Friends have left windstream due to the issues. Almost ready to contact Federal Communications.
POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I LIVE IN SHALLOWATER , TX. AND CALLED RE: BILL- REP. WAS SHORT AND RUDE. DON'T WASTE TIME OR $$$$ HERE
Windstream has to be the worst internet service. I feel like techs are out by our house every month fixing an issue. Every wind/rain storm we have the Internet will go out. I also feel every night at a certain time the Internet will go out and we can not get it back on till morning. You call and they always want to come by the house ? And still they do nothing to fix the issue.
What a joke costumer service sucks! There device is unreliable! Go elsewhere
We have been out of service for over one month. They came out replaced the router, left, came back, left and said they would be back the following day to fix the problem. We have not seen them since....we have been on hold this time for almost 1 hour. The sad thing is where we live there is no other provider around.
Have been and still on hold waiting for a resolution to my slow broadband service. Guess I shouldn't expect anything else from.staff
